All Major Owners’ (over 25% share percentage shareholders’) address proof (bill must be within 3 month) in full colour
Company utilities bill in full colour (within last 3 months, e.g. electricity bill, rental agreement, broadband bill etc. Mobile phone bill or credit card statement is not acceptable)
Business place photos taken in colour (1 inside and 1 outside showing building number)
Company bank statements in full colour (within last 3 months showing company name, account details and date. IMPORTANT: if company’s bank account is NOT held by a high street bank, e.g. Natwest, Lloyds, HSBC, Santander, Halifax, Barclays, Metro, etc., then you must submit a director’s latest bank statement that is opened by a high street bank showing his/her address)
